Never Depend On Dice
Born and raised in the suburbs of Montreal, 5 years in the Black Watch of Canada Cadets, 5 years at the Collège militaire royal de Saint-Jean followed by 4 in the navy. 25 years with CPC in IT simultaneous with 23 years running a boarding kennel. Inherited my love of toy soldiers from my mother's father. Married with a pack of Italian Greyhounds and 3 cats. Prematurely retired and enjoying leisure to game, maintaining our 160 yr old farmhouse and just living.

DeleteA feature of gaming with my regular opponent is he constantly throws one to my sixes. One can see his blood pressure rising and understandably so. I just feel embarrassed.

Ah, I had one of those, it didn't help when I would predict his throw of 1 at critical moments and it would happen. Had to give that up and we adopted dice cups, Didn't help.

I think the Red dragoons were just tired of being beaten or tied at best.
DeleteMy own default dice roll probably averages out as about 1.5... it's probably in that area for my son Steven as well. Dice rolls are not a strong point in my family.
