With spring comes the first resupply convoy for Fort Henry. Some years it gets there without any trouble, other years........

 After a brief exchange of fire, the Mounted Rifles pushed ahead, leaving the infantry to clear the knoll nearest to the road while the wagons did their best to push on, trusting the infantry to hold off the enemy. |
